In the first half of 2023, luxury areas continue to lead in the number of rental properties in Dubai, while in some previously popular areas there is a certain shortage of them, which affects the cost of renting apartments and villas and encourages an increasing number of residents to think about buying a home .
So the cost of renting low-cost apartments in areas with a shortage of supply increased by 17%, and elite apartments - by 32%. Average rent increased by 22.8%.
In the segment of villas in popular areas, the increase in rent was up to 50%, while for luxury villas - up to 70%. Average rent increased by 23.1%.
