Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai is an ultra-luxury residence from the world famous Kempinski hotel brand. Kempinski Hotels was founded 125 years ago and serves 79 hotels in 34 countries. The project in Dubai is being implemented by the developer Swiss Property UAE. 

Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai is located on the banks of Dubai Creek in the area Al Jaddaf. This is a complex of two buildings in which the residences are located, served by the Kempinski Hotels hotel chain.

The concept of the complex combines laconic modern architecture and the philosophy of unity with nature. Huge panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of Dubai Creek, a nature reserve Ras Al Khor and skyline of Dubai. The terraces of the buildings form a cascade that descends to the green garden around the complex. Finishes and interiors are made in soothing natural colors using the texture of natural wood.
