Nice at DAMAC Lagoons

In Nice's cluster DAMAC Lagoons spacious townhouses with 4-5 bedrooms and villas with 6 bedrooms are being built.

The "youth hub" of the community will be located here. Nice will build a skate park, bike paths, a swimming pool and water slides.

Damac Lagoons is a new community from major developer Damac Properties in Dubailand. This is an area inspired by the atmosphere of tropical islands with blue beaches and white sand.
