Safa Two de GRISOGONO

Safa Two de GRISOGONO is an ultra-luxury skyscraper in the center of Dubai from major developer Damac Properties. The building is being built in collaboration with a premium Swiss jewelry brand De Grisogono. 

Safa Two is located in the area Al Safa next to Business Bay. Skyscraper to be built right off Dubai's main highway Sheikh Zayed Road. This is a continuation of the successful project Safa One, which is opposite on the other side of the highway. The two skyscrapers will be connected by a cable car. 

The Safa Two building has 83 floors. Unusual futuristic architecture embodies the concept of the future, combined with the luxury of precious stones. Red, gold, diamonds, rubies predominate in the design of the facade and rooms inside.  

At the center of the skyscraper is the "Ruby Heart", inspired by the huge ruby ring from the founder's collection De Grisogono Fawaz Gruosi. The ruby heart will feature a floating infinity pool with a transparent bottom and a laser light show. 

Residential real estate in Safa Two is represented by studios and apartments with 1-3 bedrooms of premium class. The space inside can be transformed with the help of movable partitions. 

For residents of Safa Two, an exclusive infrastructure is available, which is not found anywhere else in Dubai:

• the first "foggy forest" in Dubai - a garden on the upper floors of the building with a fog effect and a laser show,
