The Floating Seahorse, The Heart of Europe

The Floating Seahorse is a complex of unique water villas. The villas are located around the island of St. Petersburg project The Heart of Europe on artificial islands The World Islands.

The Heart of Europe - a large-scale developer project Kleindienst Group worth $5 billion. These are 6 themed islands in the style of European countries and cities. 15 hotels and 4,000 real estate units will be built here. The outdoor air temperature is regulated by an innovative German climate control system. The islands are located around a lagoon with a coral reef. St. Petersburg Island is built in the shape of a heart. It is inspired by the atmosphere of the Maldives and the cultural capital of Russia. Various cultural events are planned to be held here, for example, performances of opera and ballet.

The project of the complex includes 131 floating villas. The living space is organized in such a way that it is easy to transform it to suit your needs. Thanks to “smart” furniture, rooms can be used at your discretion during the daytime, and comfortable sleeping places can be made at night. All floating villas are equipped with a smart home system and are built according to the principles of environmental sustainability. 

Each villa has 3 levels:

• Underwater, with transparent acrylic walls. Through them you can admire the coral reef grown around each villa.
• Nautical. The main living quarters are located here: a kitchen, a living room, one of the bedrooms and a swimming pool.
• Upper. There is a living room with Jacuzzi, a sun terrace and a bar.

If desired, the upper tiers can be made completely private and covered with special curtains. Glass partitions are installed here to make the space safe for children. 

Each villa is an innovative technical product, the likes of which have never been seen in the world. More than 200 specialists from 25 different countries worked on its creation.

The Floating Seahorse Villas are built from marine concrete, aluminum and fiberglass reinforced plastic. These houseboats do not have motors, but can be towed by other ships. Each villa comes with a 100 year guarantee.
