The Opus

The Opus by Omniyat is a famous mixed-use building in Burj Khalifa District, Business Bay. It is an architectural masterpiece designed entirely by legendary architect Zaha Hadid. She became the first female architect to win the most prestigious Pritzker Prize in architecture. Zaha Hadid developed the architectural concept of the building and the interiors inside.

The Opus by Omniyat combines seemingly incompatible things: strict geometry of forms and abstraction. The 21-story cube-shaped building has an irregularly shaped empty space inside that is 8 stories high. At night, it is beautifully illuminated. 2 parts of the building are connected by an asymmetric three-story bridge 38 meters wide.

The Opus building houses the 5-star ME Hotel of the international hotel chain Melia. On the upper floors are exclusive ultra-premium residences. Unusual interiors and futuristic-style furniture follow the curved shapes of the space in the center of the building. Designed entirely by Zaha Hadid. 

The Opus offers furnished residences with 1-2 bedrooms and penthouses with 3 or 4 bedrooms with a rooftop terrace. All residential properties are fully furnished and equipped with a "smart home" system. The residences offer stunning views of the Burj Khalifa skyscraper, which can be reached in a 7-minute drive.
