Residential building Beach House

The Beach House is a luxury residential building located right on the coast of the Persian Gulf on the island Palm Jumeirah. On seven floors, modern apartments with different layouts are presented: from one-bedroom to four-bedroom. The facility is being built by a major developer Ellington Properties. At the awards ceremony Arabian Property Awards in 2018, the developer won the Best Interior Design nomination.

Beach House is located on a crescent in the eastern part of the island. Residents of the complex concierge and butler services are available. A club house with a lounge area, an open kitchen and a terrace for organizing events is open on site. The 400 m² infinity pool area offers a beautiful view of the Palm Jumeirah. 

Trams and taxis are organized within the island, but the main mode of transport is the monorail. It takes about 10 minutes to get to mainland Dubai.

There are many attractions available for residents on the island, such as the Aquaventure water park and the huge Lost Chambers aquarium at the very top of the palm tree at the Atlantis The Palm hotel. Al Ittihad Park Dubai is located on the trunk, it occupies 1.6 km, almost the entire central part.
