Elysian Mansions has 92 villas ranging from five to six bedrooms. Each residential building has four zones.

First includes: parking for up to 8 cars, rest area, laundry, storage room. There are villas in which at this level there is a gym with exercise equipment, a sauna and a place to watch movies.

Second and third areas include: bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, small pool.

Fourth area is on the roof. There is a swimming pool and a place where you can relax. Some types of villas also include a cinema as well as a yoga area.
