Sales of apartments in the JVC area will begin soon

This month, sales of apartments should start in the Helvetia Residences residential complex under construction in the freehold district of Dubai Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), which became one of the leaders in off-plan real estate sales by the end of June 2023.

The developer intends to sell all 430 apartments with 1-4 bedrooms of the new complex during the construction stage.

At the moment there is no clear information on the layout of the apartments and their exact cost. The developer intends to open it in the near future.
