Dubai is soon getting another opera theater — Azizi Opera.

It will be constructed in Dubai South within the Azizi Venice community and is set to become a new tourist attraction in the city.

Simultaneously, three hotels will be built in this area to provide tourists with comfortable accommodations without the need to travel long distances.

I'd like to highlight the Azizi Venice district, which is worth 8.1 billion USD and spans 2.2 million square meters. This area will be designed in the style of the Venice waterfront and will include 30,000 residential units, including villas, townhouses, mansions, and luxury apartments.
