Recently, a deal was finalized for the sale of a penthouse in the Como Residences residential complex, under construction on Palm Jumeirah Island (project completion in the 3rd quarter of 2027).
The transaction amount reached 500 million AED (or 136 million USD), making this property not only the most expensive penthouse ever sold in Dubai but also the third most expensive in the world (the top spot is held by the Odeon Tower penthouse complex in Monaco — 440 million USD, and the second is Penthouse D at One Hyde Park in London, priced at 237 million USD).
The sold penthouse, spanning 6,700 square meters, features 5 bedrooms, a private elevator, a smart home system, floor-to-ceiling windows, and breathtaking views of the city and sea.
